Brief info

My name is Sabrina, I am originally from Italy, but I’ve been living in the United States for more than 20 years. I have a bachelor in Psychology, degree that allowed me to work as Child Protective Investigator for the Department of Children and Families, a work experience that has negatively impacted my life, but which brought me closer to the practice of yoga as a method of healing therapy.
To make matters worse, the confinement due to the pandemic hit me tremendously, I felt disconnected, trapped, worried, and very sad. Remembering the benefit of yoga, I decided to dedicate my time to it; at first, I was forcing myself to even wake up and go, but by practicing this healing discipline, diligently, each and every single day, yoga became not only my morning routine, but my savior, “my happy pill”; day after day I’ve started to feel well again, to be more grounded, and deeply mindful. I was so impressed by the power of yoga and its potential to heal mind, body, and soul that I’ve decided to get certified and dedicate my life to helping others to overcome mental and physical issues.
Today, I am specialized in Vinyasa, Hot yoga, Yin yoga, Slow Flow Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Prenatal, and Meditation; I’m also a certified Reiki healer, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a certified Life Coach.
I tend to blend all my knowledge to provide you with a unique experience aimed to help you to heal too.
With my psychology background, I enjoy including inspirational and motivational words designed to suit your soul. My massage therapy license allows me to safely adjust poses to reach your maximum benefit.
Powerfully, yoga shapes your body and mind, through breathing exercises it connects your physical body to your soul, to finally reward you with mental clarity, focus and a well-shaped body.
