Certainly nutrition is important and as the body becomes toned, slimmer and stronger, the individual feels happier within themselves. Yoga increases well-being and confidence.

If movement and flexibility is severely limited currently, then extreme postures will not be obtainable in only a few weeks. It's important to work to your personal strengths when you are setting your goals. Try out the postures and identify the foundation level of your practice and this way you will start to see the improvements as they happen.
