Many people want instant results but like all exercise systems, yoga is a work in progress.
Certainly, the benefits of yoga can be found in a very short space of time, but the more that you practice and as yoga becomes a way of life, even more benefits are possible. Many people find that by practicing yoga regularly, they eat less unhealthy foods and instead, their bodies desire healthier foods. Certainly nutrition is important and as the body becomes toned, slimmer and stronger, the individual feels happier within themselves. Yoga increases well-being and confidence.
